We’re proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. There’s no minimum spend and no hidden costs — just free delivery straight to your doorstep.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship exclusively within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase has been placed.
  • During peak shopping periods (such as holiday seasons or promotional sales), processing times may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to dispatch your order quickly.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your location in Australia.
  • Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take a few extra days.
  • Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. You can use this link to track your parcel at any time.

Missed Deliveries

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or take it to your nearest collection point. Instructions will be provided on your tracking link or delivery card.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure smooth delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events, public holidays, or courier delays may affect shipping times. We appreciate your patience in these rare cases.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@cocosydney.co with your order number. We’ll work with our delivery partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
