Refund policy

Easy 30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Coco & Sydney pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be included.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

We’ll send you an email confirmation once your refund has been completed. Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund on your account.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your items reach us safely.
  • If the return is due to a product fault or an error on our part, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

At this stage, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order through our store.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at support@cocosydney.co within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@cocosydney.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back via a tracked service.
